For this Avondale Estates home, we needed to clean the roof, driveway and patio to get this beautiful home free of algae and looking good for spring. The home has great outdoor spaces including a koi pond and large wood deck in the back yard. These areas have shade and provide a good environment for algae and other organic material to grow. First, we cleaned the roof. We attach trash bags with zip ties to the necessary downspouts to catch the cleaning product coming off the roof to be disposed of in an appropriate location. The cleaning products used are biodegradable. Next, we cleaned the wood deck, including the outdoor wood furniture, brick walls and window sills associated with the deck and walkway leaning to the deck. The pond was covered during the whole process to protect the fish and plants. Last we cleaned the driveway. To do this we first apply RoofClean LLC Blended Softwash Mix to the driveway, next we use a surface cleaner to gently remove the dirt and algae. The last step is rinsing the driveway and applying a light second coat of RoofClean Blended Softwash Mix, giving our customers concrete that looks freshly poured look. The budget for a project like this is $1,500 to $2,000 and can be completed in one day.
