The Roswell home sits next to many large pine trees and was covered in pine straw. The pine straw sitting on the roof created an area of moisture and allowed algae to grow and cover the roof. With one softwash treatment, we were able to make the roof look new again. Although RoofClean is a pressure washing company, we only use ZERO PRESSURE softwashing methods when we cleaning roofs. This project was completed in approximately 4 hours at a cost of around $400 - $600. We first blew the pine straw off the roof, then cleaned out the gutters, next we softwashed the roof killing all algae and organic material leaving the roof looking brand new.
