We cleaned the roof and house in approximately four hours at an estimated cost of $500 - $700. The customer now has a three-year warranty that if any algae return within those three years, we will come back and re-treat at no charge. We blow off the roof, clean the gutters, and softwash the roof. The roof looks new after being soft-washed.
