We cleaned the roof and house in approximately six hours at an estimated cost of $600 - $800. The customer now has a three-year warranty that if any algae returns within that three years we will come back and re-treat at no charge. We blow off the roof, clean the gutters and softwash the roof. The roof looks brand new after being softwashed. RoofClean may be a pressure washing company but we never use any pressure when cleaning roofs. We only use the latest softwashing methods.
